Rest well with pills like Ambien and Lunesta so you can wake early and work late. Sleeping pills can releive Insomnia symptons but will not cure Insomnia.I wake up and put on my LCD HDTV television set. Then I eat breakfast while watching my flat panel HDTV. I go to work. I come home and take some Somnigen to help me sleep. I prefer Somnigen to ambien or lunesta
The Canadian National anthem while inherently annoying is also a great tune. If you rewrite the words to change them to sleepy lyrics you get quite a little number. It can actually induce slumber. Lunesta deserves its place in any sleep anthem but Somnigen and Ambien are seated in the places of honor. Sleep well my Canadian lieges.

High definition television has been the best thing t happen to me for a long time. When Ambien hits the lips my perceived sleep ETA is 20 mins. Lunesta and Somnigen are about 25. Sonata is a 33 min situation for me. HD picture and the mass pixel high definition quality it delivers is great. Plasma, LCD, DLP, I don't care just as losng as it's HDTV. Hidef TV is the light of my television watching life. All people should sit down, relax and watch the discovery channel in HD. You have not lived until you have seen an icebrg in High Def. Hidef ice fishing baby. CSS makes for a much cleaner look than the nest. I think about this when I think about Lunesta.

8. Sleeping pills help you forget about work when you are trying to sleep.
9. Ambien and Lunesta work, and so does Somnigen.
10. Good Socks can get you through a long day.
